2025 CB Masters Pattern Released

After one final test and adjustment, we’re proud to reveal the official lane pattern for the 2025 CB Masters.

Pattern Specs

• Distance: 41 feet

• Volume: 26.55 mL

• Ratio: 2.5:1

• Forward Oil: 17.45 mL

• Reverse Oil: 9.1 mL

This pattern is two feet shorter than the Trillion Mortgage Open, which means ball motion and transition will play out differently. Expect quicker changes front-to-back and more opportunities for bowlers to create angles.

Why This Matters

At the CB TOUR, our philosophy is clear: we don’t believe in banning equipment. Instead, we aim to design patterns that challenge bowlers to adapt. Urethane may still be a good choice for some players, but our intent is to reduce its dominance by using thoughtful lane design that rewards versatility and multiple styles of play.

This Masters pattern continues that experiment. It should test every part of a bowler’s game, from surface adjustments to lane play decisions, while keeping the competition fair across all divisions.

Looking Ahead

The CB Masters is our lone major of Season 3, offering 500 bonus points and a projected $25,000+ prize fund based on last year’s entries. With a 30-player bracket cut, the best of the best will have to earn their way through one of the toughest weekends on the Tour.
